Why don’t you answer them for me? Please any of your followers are welcome to answer these too.<br><br><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-aEcYNShnWjA/WWFoLT4PH6I/AAAAAAAAAq8/5Cngc5vLYG4PM-6BGHFhursj3j55zzqjQCHMYCw/%255BUNSET%255D" alt="" width="320" height="101"><br></div><br> “<i><b>God… </b></i><i><b>Sorry if these questions sound a little sarcastic. It’s just that I’ve been asking these for a very long time and I haven’t heard from you yet. Are you listening?”</b></i><i><b><br></b></i><br>1. Why don’t you show yourself? You supposedly made us and want us to believe in you, right? Why the big mystery? You’re also omnipresent, right? Why don’t you show yourself to all of us at once and have a personal discussion with us? You can pick the date and time, we’ll all stop what we are doing, I’m sure.<br><br>2. Did you really make Eve from one of Adam’s ribs? Why didn’t you make her from dust just like Adam? And, why do men and women have the same number of ribs if you stole one from Adam to make Eve?<br><br>3. Why do you make your followers suffer so much? Why do they die at the hands of other religions? Can’t you put a stop to this? You’re omnipotent, right? Can you ‘show us your stuff’? <br><br>4. Was physics different when Noah built the ark? I mean, seriously… how did he get all the animals from all over the world… and the dinosaurs, etc. on that boat? How did he get penguins to the Middle East? How did he get them back after the big flood? Why didn’t the dinosaurs eat all the sheep? <br><br>5. Why is there war? How does it agree with “Thou Shalt Not Kill”? Why are there so many wars in Your Name? Didn’t you even order Moses to do a lot of killing? <br><br>6. Why did you make us such sinful creatures? You are all-powerful and all-knowing, right? Why did you give us the ability to do things you call sinful? Why, then, do you punish us for doing exactly what you created us to do?<br><br>7. Did people just make up heaven as a place to go when you die because they were too afraid to tell the children that when you die… that’s it? End of story… game over?<br><br>8. How does ‘immaculate conception’ work? We really don’t understand that one down here. Are you just covering for some out-of-wedlock behavior?<br><br>9. Why do you want to destroy everyone that doesn’t believe in you? Why make them burn in hell for eternity? Couldn’t you have been a little kinder and just given all these people the capability to believe in you? Don’t you take any pride of ownership in what you created?<br><br>10. Why did you tell us in the Bible that the Earth, Sun, moon and the Heavens are fixed on pillars and cannot move?<br><br>11. How are we to believe that we were created from dust? There’s lots of evidence that we evolved from other creatures. Should we just ignore this? Should we be happy to have been created from dust rather than a fish?<br><br>12. Why do we find evidence of all the creatures that lived before us, yet most of them are not mentioned by you? And, why do we not find evidence of some of the species you mention in the Bible like fiery serpents or giants that towered over us like we were grasshoppers?<br><br>13. Why do you punish babies for the wrong-doings of their parents?<br><br>14. Why do you give us the capabilities for logic and reason, yet do not want us to apply these skills when it comes to you?<br><br>15. How old is the earth? The universe? You gave us plenty of evidence that they were not created 8-10 thousand years ago as your book says (and your followers try to force on us). You are omniscient, so we won’t bore you with our findings because you already know, right? Are you planning a 2nd edition to the Bible to correct these blatant errors? Was the devil on your editorial staff?<br><br>16. Why does the bible have an “Old Testament” and a “New Testament”? Didn’t you get it right the first time? If you are infallible, why did you need an update? <br><br>17. If there are so many religions and each thinks their beliefs are the only right ones and that everyone else is wrong, then most people are wrong – and if one religion is right, most people on the planet consider that one wrong. So which religion is the one that is right? <br><br>18. Are we free to make our own choices? If we are, how can we say that you opened up an opportunity for us? Wasn’t the opening of that opportunity the result of someone else’s free choice?<br><br>19. Did Adam really live to 930 years of age? Seth 912 years? Enos 905 years? How are we supposed to believe this, when over history, man is living longer and longer due to cleanliness and medicine? Were things cleaner back then? Had you not created all the illnesses and disease that you’ve given us now?<br><br>20. Why must I be forgiven for my sins by you, who has committed sins far greater than those of which I am capable? I have not unleashed a flood, killing the entire planet’s population save for a handful of people who worship me unquestioningly. I have not asked a man to sacrifice his son to prove his loyalty to me. <br><br>God I still have more questions for you but am going pause for now and let my dear readers ask their own questions. And, yes of course your fellowes are free to answer any of these questions. If you adhere to these, then you will be years ahead of your peers and it will save you a ton of bullshit experiences with women, that could have been avoided. It will help steer your interactions with women in the right direction and keep you from losing your sanity". </div><div style="text-align: center;">Below are 20 of the axioms: </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br>1. Who you marry will be the most important decision you ever make in life. Better make sure she’s up for the job.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">2. Never get married or get tied down with a woman who you’re settling for. You will be miserable. She will be miserable. And life is too damn short to spend it with a woman low in caliber, personality and desire to suck your rooster dry everyday.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">3. Believe a woman the first time she SHOWS you who she is. Don’t allow your emotions to blind you to her flaws and shortcomings.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">4. Women are not the enemy. They are merely following their inherent nature. Learn how to handle them and you will be rewarded with their positive attributes. Flail about blindly and be cursed with their negative attributes.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">5. Women are led by their emotions. Therefore, learn to use their emotions to your favor. Become the puppet master.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">6. Always lead a woman in the relationship. If you don’t know how, then learn how.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">7. Women are just as sexual, if not more than men. They crave depravity. Do not be fooled.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">8. Be ready to walk away from the relationship at any time for any reason. If she acts up, be ready to walk. If you stay you will lose a small piece of self-respect, until eventually you won’t even know who you are anymore.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">9. What is unsaid when communicating with a woman, is oftentimes more powerful than what is said.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">10. Buying gifts, groveling, begging and changing for a girl will never keep her around. You’ll only intensify her disdain for you and speed up her hunt for an alpha rooster.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">11. Never fully trust a woman. It’s not in their nature to be trustworthy. Self-preserve by only allowing for 60% of your trust given after a full and long courtship of at least 2 years.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">12. Never get married before 30 years and always marry a younger woman. No exceptions.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">13. The moment you make a woman “your life”, is the moment she’s preparing to walk out of yours.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">14. Watch what a girl DOES, not what she SAYS.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">15. If a girl dumps you, never take her back. She will never respect you the same and the relationship is doomed to fail.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">16. Always let her say “I love you” first. She’ll love you more for your self-control.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">17. The more money you get, the more you will attract women who are attracted to resources. Learn to put on a ‘Humble Front’ at first in order to screen the golddiggers out.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">18. Never put aside your personal goals and dreams in order to please a woman. You won’t please her and you will be miserable.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">19. Always Bleep her like it’s your last time before you go to prison.</div><br><div style="text-align: center;">20. Lastly, holding his both ears he said "Never, never, never hit a woman. No excuses! It is wrong from all angles". </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-6063961794445616992017-03-15T06:28:00.001-07:002017-07-02T17:40:07.626-07:00TEN POWERFUL LESSONS TO LEARN FROM THE HEN<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-3TW-Csvur5w/WVmST5MXyGI/AAAAAAAAAqc/LKULvDnJOfQRxxeuKYQhbm2SI1BFO7r8wCHMYCw/%255BUNSET%255D" alt="" width="320" height="250"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"> The chicken is one of the most common and widespread domestic animals , with a population of more than 19 billion as of 2011. It´s a procedure which aims to escape relational reasoning and thinking. But what if I tell you that there is no box? </div><br><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-JH7v3LJXsDA/WLsdCiz5qMI/AAAAAAAAAmU/FhiUjRt9MTA/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="301"> </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Take a good look at this, If your boss pay you N 30000 per month, assuming you decided to save all without touching a dime, it will take you 36 months to make N1million. (Did I hear you say 3years?)Absolutely!</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">In the other hand, if you can convince an organisation like Dangote Group To print and supply 5000 umbrellas to them (to be used as souvenirs) and you make just N200 profit per umbrella, in just one day you must have made N1million.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">What about becoming a billionaire, that's where it gets crazy!</div><div style="text-align: center;">OK, now let's increase your pay to N1,000,000 per month and you decide to save all without touching a dime. In a year, you must have saved N12million. It will take about 84 years before you can make N1billion. (Please subtract your current age).</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">In the other hand, Nigeria has a population of about 200 million people. If you can supply salt to just 12million, once in a month and you make just N200 from each person supplied, in one year, you must have made N2.9billion. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">This shows that to become rich, you have to stop talking to bosses and start talking to clients.</div><div style="text-align: center;">You have to stop thinking inside the box and even stop thinking outside the box...</div><div style="text-align: center;">Yes... The box is still a limitation...</div><div style="text-align: center;">You have no idea what your mind is capable of, do you?</div><div style="text-align: center;">This is what you have to do...</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">SET YOUR MIND FREE AND THINK LIKE THERE IS NO BOX...</div><div style="text-align: center;">The possibilities are endless......</div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-5569850647689511222017-01-03T11:48:00.001-08:002017-03-04T12:11:38.175-08:00THE ATHEISTS 10 COMMANDMENTS <div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-n95tanWCb6Y/WLsfX1ObssI/AAAAAAAAAmc/pjOwylA0JWQ/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="277" height="320"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">These Ten Commandments are gotten from <b>The God Delusion -</b> A 2006 best-selling non-fiction book by English biologist <b>Richard Dawkins. </b></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><br></b></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b> </b>In The God Delusion, Dawkins contends that a supernatural creator almost certainly does not exist and that belief in a personal god qualifies as a delusion , which he defines as a persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory evidence . </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">He is sympathetic to Robert Pirsig's statement in Lila (1991) that "when one person suffers from a delusion it is called insanity. When many people suffer from a delusion it is called religion. With many examples, he explains that one does not need religion to be moral and that the roots of religion and of morality can be explained in non-religious terms.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Below are the Ten Commandments from the book, please feel free to share your thoughts on the comment box below. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(1) Do not do to others what you would not want them to do to you.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(2) In all things, strive to cause no harm. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(3) Treat your fellow human beings, your fellow living things, and the world in general with love, honesty, faithfulness and respect.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(4) Do not overlook evil or shrink from administering justice, but always be ready to forgive wrongdoing freely admitted and honestly regretted.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(5) Live life with a sense of joy and wonder.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(6) Always seek to be learning something new.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(7) Test all things; always check your ideas against the facts, and be ready to discard even a cherished belief if it does not conform to them.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(8) Never seek to censor or cut yourself off from dissent; always respect the right of others to disagree with you.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(9) Form independent opinions on the basis of your own reason and experience; do not allow yourself to be led blindly by others.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">(10) Question everything.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Dawkins uses these proposed commandments to make a larger point that "it is the sort of list that any ordinary, decent person today would come up with." He then adds four more of his own devising:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">* Enjoy your own sex life (so long as it damages nobody else) and leave others to enjoy theirs in private whatever their inclinations, which are none of your business.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">* Do not discriminate or oppress on the basis of sex, race or (as far as possible) species.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">* Do not indoctrinate your children. Teach them how to think for themselves, how to evaluate evidence, and how to disagree with you.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">* Value the future on a timescale longer than your own.</div></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-26803874851307454692016-12-20T01:45:00.001-08:002016-12-21T06:36:03.787-08:0055 NOTABLE FACTS ABOUT LIFE AND BUSINESS FROM THE MAFIA MANAGER<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XhgMJ4hawDI/WFnn1P19eQI/AAAAAAAAAhc/l--egVsV1xs/%25255BUNSET%25255D.png" alt="" width="320" height="320"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">No matter what your occupation is, be it self-employed or corporate climber, getting ahead and staying ahead has long been a major concern of all who are not content with merely earning a living. If you can't change it, change your attitude”. - </i>Maya Angelou </b></div><div style="font-family: sans-serif;"><br></div><div style="font-family: sans-serif; text-align: center;">A young bride from the East during wartime followed her husband to a U.S Army camp on the edge of the desert in California. Living conditions were primitive at best, and her husband had advised against her move, but she wanted to be with her newly wedded husband. The only housing they could find was a run-down shack near an Indian village. </div><div style="font-family: sans-serif;"><br></div><div style="font-family: sans-serif; text-align: center;">The heat was unbearable in the daytime - 115˚ in the shade. The wind blew constantly, spreading dust and sand all over everything. The days were long and boring. Her only neighbours were Indians, none of whom spoke English. When her husband was ordered farther into the desert for two weeks of maneuvers, loneliness and the wretched living conditions got the best of her. She wrote to her mother that she was coming home. She couldn’t take it anymore. </div><div style="font-family: sans-serif; text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="font-family: sans-serif; text-align: center;"><div>In a short time she received a reply which included these two lines, “Two men looked through prison bars; one saw mud, the other saw stars”. She read the lines over and over again and began to feel ashamed of herself. She didn’t really want to leave her new husband. All right, she thought, she is going to look for the stars. In the following days she set out to make friends with the Indians, asking them to teach her weaving and pottery. At first they were distant, but as soon as they sensed her genuine interest, they returned her friendship. She became friendly with their culture and history – in fact, everything about them. She began to study the desert, it too changed from a desolate, forbidding place to a marvelous thing if beauty. </div><div><br></div><div><div>She had her mother send her books. She studied the forms of cacti, the yuccas and the Joshua trees. She collected sea shells that had been left there when the sands had been an ocean floor. Later, she became such an expert on the area that she wrote a book </div><div>about it. </div><div><br></div><div>Wayne Dyer said “<i><b>If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”</b></i>. We are individually responsible for our view of life. Whenever you are in a difficult situation ask yourself this question “<b><i>What is the positive side of this thing, what is the good in this situation or what is the possibility that this thing will work out?”</i></b> Our minds is our garden, our thoughts are the seed, so we can choose to plant flowers or weeds but remember the Bible says “<b><i>Whatever a man sows, this he will also reap</i></b>” (Galatians 6:7).</div><div><br></div><div>What had changed? Not the desert; not the Indians. Simply by changing her mind-set she had transformed a miserable experience into a highly rewarding one. <i><b>She had turned a dusty and hot desert into a precious one. </b></i></div><div><br></div><div>For further reading, download for free <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="https://facebook.com/alexander118">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN</a>. <br></div><div></div></div></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-15684073217503718162016-11-25T10:17:00.001-08:002016-12-03T07:54:52.730-08:00 THE WORLD GREATEST WINNER OF FRIENDS <div style="text-align: center;"><div><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-7klis20kPKw/WELqPzQhZ_I/AAAAAAAAAbw/YVk3tr7kBrs/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="179"><br></div><div>“<b><i>A person can learn a lot from a dog, even a loopy one like ours. He taught me to appreciate the simple things-a walk in the woods, a fresh snowfall, and a nap in a shaft of winter sunlight. And as he grew old and achy, he taught me about optimism in the face of adversity. Mostly, he taught me about friendship and selflessness and, above all else, unwavering loyalty”</i></b>. - <b>John Grogan</b></div><div><br></div><div> Have you ever stop to think that a dog is the only animal that does not have to work for a living? A hen has to lay eggs, a cow has to give milk, a canary has to sing, a bee has to <span style="text-align: left;">give honey and an ant has to work its ass off all day not even sleeping at night. How then does the dog manage to do this must be the question in your mind right now. Well the </span>dog does this my being genuinely interested in man and being the best friend of man. <span style="text-align: left;">The dog is the greatest winner of friends the world has ever known. </span></div><div><span style="text-align: left;"><br></span></div><div style="text-align: center;">When you met him, while walking down the street even when you are ten feet from him, he will begin to wag his tail. If you stop and pat him he will almost jump out of his skin <span style="text-align: left;">to show you how much he likes you. You see it in his eyes that he genuinely loves you. </span><span style="text-align: left;">And you know that behind this show of affection on his part, there are no ulterior </span><span style="text-align: left;">motives. He does not want to sell you any real estate; he does not want to marry you </span><span style="text-align: left;">and he is not expecting a bribe from you. But all these he does because he loves and is </span><span style="text-align: left;">genuinely interested in you. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-align: left;"><br></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div style="text-align: center;">Yes, the dog stays awake to guard you in the night while you sleep, comfort you when <span style="text-align: center;">the world has left you, go on errands for you, follow you everywhere you go even when </span><span style="text-align: center;">you don’t it to come along and protects you not because you are going to pay it at the </span><span style="text-align: center;">end of the month. A dog won’t forsake its master because of his poverty. But because he </span><span style="text-align: center;">is your friend and is genuinely interested in you. </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-align: center;"><br></span></div><div style="text-align: center;">Dale Carnegie wrote "<i><b>You can make more friends in two months by becoming more <span style="text-align: left;">interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get people interested </span></b></i><span style="text-align: left;"><i><b>in you"</b></i> Another way to establish a good relationship with people and win them over to </span><span style="text-align: left;">your side is to truly interested in them, to listen with the intention of really learning </span><span style="text-align: left;">about them. Smile at them. Learn their names and how to pronounce them. Get the </span><span style="text-align: left;">spelling and the titles right. Be curious about other people, what they feel, how they </span></div><div style="text-align: center;">think, how they see the world, what are their hopes, dreams and fears? What are their aspirations? Notice what makes them happy and unhappy. When people feel that you are really interested in getting to know them and their feeling, they will open up to you and share their true feelings with you much more quickly. <span style="text-align: center;"></span></div></div></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-9179997849712549202016-11-10T14:34:00.001-08:002016-12-20T18:27:08.168-08:00WHAT OTHERS SAY ABOUT YOU DOESN'T MATTER<p dir="ltr"></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ykPwwvDO9MA/WFnodyVg7II/AAAAAAAAAho/4s84YleZX6Q/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="307"><br></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><br></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">“<b><i>In the end, people will judge you anyway. Don’t live your life impressing others. Live your life impressing yourself</i></b>” – <b>Alexander BusyBrain </b><br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">From the beginning of the world, men have been jealous of one another, men have criticized one another; so it is not a new thing to hear criticisms from your friends, parents, teachers, lecturers etc. But it only gets bad when you let these negative words and acts get to you. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">In fact, it should make you happy to know that people are even saying things about you because it means you are doing something. 2face in his song with MI “Nobody” said “<b><i>If nobody talks about you, then you are nobody</i></b>”. So, people talking about you, whether positively or negatively is good news. It means you are somebody. Cynthia Occelli said “<b><i>When people undermine your dreams, predict your doom or criticize you, remember they are telling you their story, not yours</i></b>”. </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Even Jesus, perfect in love and motives, was criticized and misunderstood continually. People called Him a glutton (Matthew 11:19), people called Him a drunkard (Luke 7:34), people criticized Him for associating with sinners (Matthew 9:11) and accused Him of having a demon (John 8:48). But, in spite of experiencing misunderstanding, ingratitude and rejection, our Lord Jesus never became bitter or discouraged. He saw every obstacle as an opportunity; an opportunity to heal the sick; an opportunity to show love to sinners; an opportunity to forgive sinners; Jesus turned every trial into triumphs. You should do the same. Be yourself no matter what other people say. God made you the way you are for a reason. Besides, an original is always worth more than a copy. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Believe in yourself and there will come a day when others will have no choice but to believe in you. Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than the one with all of the facts. Walter Gagehot wrote <b><i>“A great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do”. </i></b></p><p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: sans-serif;">On how to discover those seed of greatness that God had planted in you right from birth, read and download for free </span><a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" style="font-family: sans-serif;">TALENT - THE BOMB</a><span style="font-family: sans-serif;"> by </span><a href="https://facebook.com/alexander118" style="font-family: sans-serif;">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN.</a><b><i><br></i></b></p>

He lost eight elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could have quit many times – but he didn’t and because he didn’t quit, he became one of the greatest presidents in the United States history. </div><div><br></div><div>Here is a sketch of Lincoln’s road to the White House: </div><div>• <b>1816</b> His family was forced out of their home. He had to work to support them.</div><div><div>• <b>1818</b> His mother died. </div><div>• <b>1831</b> Failed in business. </div><div>• <b>1832</b> Ran for state legislature – lost. </div><div>• <b>1832</b> Also lost his job – wanted to go to law school but couldn’t get in. </div><div>• <b>1833</b> Borrowed some money from a friend to begin a business and by the end of the year he was bankrupt. He spent the next 17 years of his life paying off this </div><div>debt. </div><div>• <b>1834</b> Ran for state legislature again – won. </div><div>• <b>1835</b> Was engaged to be married, sweetheart died and his heart was broken. </div><div>• <b>1836</b> Had a total nervous breakdown and was in bed for six months. </div><div>• <b>1838</b> Sought to become speaker of the state legislature – defeated. </div><div>• <b>1840</b> Sought to become elector – defeated. </div><div>• <b>1843</b> Ran for Congress – lost. </div><div>• <b>1846</b> Ran for Congress again – this time he won – went to Washington and did a good job. </div><div>• <b>1848</b> Ran for re-election to Congress – lost. </div><div>• <b>1849</b> Sought the job of land officer in his home state – rejected. </div><div>• <b>1854</b> Ran for Senate of the United States – lost. </div><div>• <b>1856</b> Sought the Vice-Presidential nomination at his party’s national convention – get less than 100 votes. </div><div>• <b>1858</b> Ran for U.S. Senate again – again he lost. </div><div>• <b>1860</b> Elected president of the United States</div></div><div><br></div><div><div>Lincoln’s life could demonstrate that the only time you don’t fail is the last time you try something and it works. He proves to us with his life that failure is simply an opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. We can fail forward toward success. History has demonstrated that the most notable winners usually encountered heart-breaking obstacles before they triumphed. They won because they refused to become discouraged by their defeat. Elmer Clark wrote “<b><i>Great people are created by </i></b><b><i>great mistakes that are learned from, not from great successes that are gloated upon”. </i></b></div><div><b><i></i></b></div></div><div><div>Most of us will stumble and fall in life. Doors will get slammed in our faces, and we </div><div>might make some bad decisions. But imagine if Lincoln had given up the first time he failed or the third time, am sure he would never had become one of the greatest presidents in the United States history. </div></div><div><br></div><div><font face="sans-serif">Thomas Edison said </font>“<i><b>Failure doesn't mean that we are off the track to success. It merely forces us to take a </b></i><i><b>detour to success</b></i><font face="sans-serif">”. The moment you're ready to quit is usually the moment right before the miracle happens. <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Rick Ross once said, “You only live once and after that come death” which is the truth. You only live once and after that, there is no more. There is no second chance. There is nothing like reincarnation. The Bible is the standard for all Christians. From Genesis to Revelation it never made mention of reincarnation or anything even close to it. So I don’t see any reason why I or any other should believe in it for any reason. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">In fact, I personally think reincarnation is the idea of some men who did not complete their mission and assignment here on earth. Those people who wasted their lives when they were young. And are looking for a second chance to make things right. Telling themselves that they are going to come back to finish what they were suppose to complete before dying. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Our forefathers mistake the power of human genetic and heredity by saying that a child who looked and have similar features with his forefathers is a come back of that their forefathers. I have been told that I am a comeback of my grandfather because we look alike and I have similar characteristics. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">This is the life God has given me, and I am going to make the very most of it. I am not here to relive the life of anyone not even that of my grandfather. I am here to fulfill my own purpose and destiny. You are here to also fulfill your own God-given purpose and destiny. If you don’t fulfill it, no one will. There is no second chance for you. Anything you leave here undone remains that way. If you do not fulfill your destiny before leaving here, no one is going to fulfill it for you. You will not reincarnate to fulfill it. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">I can’t think of anything more tragic than to come to the end of one's life on earth and realize that you have not really “lived”, that you never became what God created you to be. You simply endured an average, mediocre life. You got by, but you lived without passion or enthusiasm, allowing your inner potential to lie dormant and untapped just because of fear of failure, because of other people's option about you. <br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Live everyday of your precious life with this at the back of your mind, that after this life here there is no coming back. Don’t let fear of failure prevent you from living the great life that God has destined you to live. If you allow fear of failure to stop and prevent you from accomplishing your purpose, what are you going to tell your creator when you get to the other side? <br></p>

Create a network of friends and not just connections.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>LOVE AND KINDNESS</b> </div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Show love and kindness to everyone. Respect those above you and also those below you. Some small boys today will be big boys tomorrow. The biggest dog in the neighborhood was once a puppy. And keep the information/secret to yourself.</div></div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Also put control over your mouth, never say evil of any man, what you are not certain of should not be said. Say good of all men.</div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>READING</b> </div><div style="text-align: center;">Make sure at every point in time you are reading a book. Any book, but mostly books about your field of study or work and inspirational books. If you spend 20 minutes reading daily, for 52 weeks you would have consumed 1,000,000 words.<br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Also make it a habit of keeping a pen and a writing pad handy because ideas come in the form of flashes. The smallest pen is bigger and better than the biggest brain.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>TELEVISION</b> </div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Stay away from television as much as possible. You can watch educational channels. Men with big TV sits in front of them to watch men with big library. Remember anytime you are watching the television, the person on the TV screen is doing something better than you. </div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>LISTEN</b></div><div style="text-align: center;">Listen to speeches and messages from great teachers. Both religious and educational. Also attend seminars and training on any area you need to improve yourself. Train the trainer, personal development, public speaking, sales etc.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>DEBT</b></div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Live a debt free life. What you can’t pay cash for is not your size. Give out loans that you can part with as gift, so that you don’t destroy your business and relationships over it. </div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>INCOME</b></div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Create legitimate multiple source of income. Save at least 10 percent of your income. Invest a portion of your income. And be patient to see it grow. If what you have in your hands is not good to be called a harvest then it’s a seed, sow it. Keep a good financial record of all income and expenses, so you won’t ask later “where did my money go”. </div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>MENTOR</b> </div><div style="text-align: center;">For everything you are about to do or achieve, there is someone who has already done it or achieved it. Great men in history all had mentors that made them what they are. </div><div style="text-align: center;">So get a mentor and follow his instructions and respect the relationship. Never beg your mentor for money or disrespect his or her privacy.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>EXERCISE</b> </div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Make sure you engage in exercise. Go for a walk or jog, engage in any sport activity, visit the gym. It keeps your brain alert and your body fit to enjoy your success. Also keep a good personal hygiene. For cleanliness is next to Godliness. </div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b>PRAYER</b></div><div style="text-align: center;">The most important of them all - Prayer. Pray often, and know that for every success, there is a stronger being (God) that made it possible.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Am not all-knowing, I just laid out all I know and what is working for me. Please feel free to comment and add up any step you think i left out or even your own steps (what's working for you). </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">For further reading, please download for free <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="https://facebook.com/Alexander118" title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN. </a></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-51056512678874362542016-10-21T18:31:00.001-07:002016-12-20T18:29:21.850-08:00WHAT IS SUCCESS TO YOU? <div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-C9gYq4scuWA/WFno_jSLxrI/AAAAAAAAAh8/_cqqfnPnjP0/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="269"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">“<i><b>What is success? To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; To earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; To appreciate beauty; To find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social </b></i><b><i>condition; To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived; That is to have succeeded”. - </i>Ralph Waldo Emerson </b><br></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">One way to know the dream of someone is to ask him “What is success to you?” This question helps you outline your dreams and if answered correctly, would certainly give your life a meaning, help you focus on your core-genius and become better at what you are born to do. </div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Gone are those days, when I am asked “What is success to you?” And I will reply saying “Success is making so much money that my wife will not be able to spend it all in one day”. But true success in life is not measured by how much you make, but by how much of a difference you make. <i>The rap artist Rick Ross once said<b> “By how many people you bless, that’s how you measure success”</b></i>. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">I quite agree with him. Right now, if I am asked “What is success to you?” I will reply the person saying “Success is helping that young man and woman discover and develop his or her talent; success is telling that man or woman in the street that Jesus so love him or her that He came to die for him or her; success is motivating and inspiring the young generation to be better people; success is feeding the hungry, praying for the sick and providing home for the homeless. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Success is becoming the best husband and father in the world; success is making the world a better place in anyway that I can; success is making my neighbor feel blessed for having me as a neighbor; success is blessing the lives of my people and not just the lives of my parents and family members; success is sending a whole community of children to school. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Success is when that young man or woman can say “Thank God, a certain Alexander BusyBrain walked this earth, for he has blessed my Life. <b><i>Remember, this is what success means to me and it does not have to be yours. </i></b></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><div style="text-align: center;">Herschel Walker said “<b><i>I still say that I am a little different because success to me is not having the most money, or having the biggest car or the biggest house. In the cool of the day, God came to them and said, Adam, Eve, where are you? They said, God, we are hiding because we are naked. God immediately knew that the enemy the devil has been talking to them. So He said, Adam, who told you that you are naked?</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">God is asking the same to you right now, who said you cant be great, who said you cant be successful, who said you cant be rich, who said you cant be a blessing to this generation, who said you cant achieve that goal, who said you cant find true love, who said you cant be the best father or mother and husband or wife in the world?</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Who said you cant discover and develop your talent, who said you cant preach the gospel, who said you cant heal the sick, who said you cant help the poor, who said you cant give scholarship to a community of children, who said you cant love your neighbor as yourself, who said you cant impact lives in a positive way, who said you cant drop those bad habits of yours?</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Who said you cant write your name in the sand of time, who said you cant live a righteous life, who said you are not beautiful or handsome; who said you cant graduate with first class, who said you cant overcome that challenge, who said you were born a mistake or an error?</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">who said you wont travel to places or tour the world, who said you are lonely, who said you are suffering, who said you are sick, who said you are going to die, who said you cant be a hero, who said you cant be the best child or parent in the world and who said you are a failure? Who! Who! Who said it? If it is anyone, be it your father, teacher, pastor, doctor, friend, sibling, boss etc then it is a big lie from the pit of hell.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">If it is you that said it then, am sorry my friend because it might just be true. We are the only ones that can define our lives, not any other person. <b><i>Brian Tracy wrote You are the architect of your own destiny; you are the master of your own fate; you are behind the steering wheel of your life. There are no limitations to what you can do, have, or be. Except the limitations you place on yourself by your own thinking.</i></b> You are confined only by the walls you build yourself. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">If you are going to be successful, you need to give up the phrase I cant and its family members like I wish I were able to, People like me dont do it, Can I really do this? etc. The words I cant actually disempower you. They make you weaker than you were when you said it. <i><b>Remember Success comes in cans'. Failures come in cants'. </b></i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">For further reading, please download <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="https://mobile.facebook.com/alexander118" title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN. </a></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-92005319839132305732016-10-11T20:01:00.001-07:002016-12-20T18:30:22.056-08:00WHAT IS AN EDUCATION WORTH? <div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-K3QWDXw6osw/WFnpORT9vNI/AAAAAAAAAiE/JCxyXYGWRnc/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="213"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><b>"Education's purpose is to replace an empty mind with an open one." - Malcolm Forbes</b></i><br></div></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Now get this right, am not in anyway saying that education is not important or compulsory. It is very important and I can’t start stating the important of education here because it will take more than half the space provided in this book for other things. But am going to share with you what Brian Tracy said in his book “<b>Create your own future</b>”. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">He said researchers in the Department of Labour in USA found that a person who completes high school would earn about $600,000 over the course of his or her working lifetime. But a person with two-year community college degree will earn about $1,000,000 in his or her lifetime. This work out to an additional $400,000 more than a high school certificate, or about $200,000 more of lifetime income for each additional year of study. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">A university graduate with a four-year diploma will earn about $1,400,00 on average, over the course of his or her lifetime. A person with a master’s degree, equal to approximately five or six years of college education, will learn about $2,000,000 in his or her lifetime. A person with a Ph.D., which requires two to four additional years, will earn an average of $3,000,000. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Every additional year of schooling after high school will increase your annual income from 8 percent to 25 percent per year, depending upon the relevance of the courses that you take. Brian Tracy wrote “<b>Commit yourself to life long learning. The most valuable asset you will ever have is your mind and what you put into it.” </b></div><div> </div><div style="text-align: center;">Education has also made many men and women great and successful. But think about using both education and your God given talent. Think about discovering your talent now and going into the university to read a course that is related to your talent. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Even if you are in the university now, think about developing your talent now and later using it to work and impact lives, then the sky will be your stepping stone. If you are out of the university, think about finding where your talent is needed and work there, I assure you getting to the top will be easy and smooth. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Your talent gives you an edge in life. A career is where most people will end up using their developed talent. Can you imagine graduating with a degree in a course that engages your talent? You would be passionate and fully engaged at work because you’d love what you do. Why get a job just to earn a paycheck when you go to work to make a difference? When you are not in your talent zone, you are most likely not passionate about your job. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">The people who grow fastest and get the most done at work are those who love what they do and are good at what they do. This is their talent zone. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">If you know what your natural talents are, you can focus on developing them into strength. Any of you can devote your life to work that is congruent or in harmony with your natural talents and strengths. Most likely, this will be a much better use of your time and generally will make you happier, more effective and more successful. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Incase you don’t know what your God’s given talent is, don’t worry that is what my book <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title=""><b>TALENT - THE BOMB</b></a> is all about. Helping you discover and develop those talents of yours. </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-6027762993789365252016-10-07T17:40:00.001-07:002016-12-03T08:08:41.967-08:00EIGHT SIGNS YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR CALLING<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-tXeXjWB6ynI/V_hISFNCtPI/AAAAAAAAAQE/h4klXYR94hY/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="247"><i><b><br></b></i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><b><br></b></i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><b>“If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as a Michaelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. <div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><b>The first duty of man is to conquer fear; he must get rid of it, he cannot act till then. -Thomas Carlyle</b></i></div><div><i><b><br></b></i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-E8OAPqLj8_8/V-hyHn-RHzI/AAAAAAAAAMw/ii7eM1lrAvc/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="240"><i><b><br></b></i></div><div><br></div><div>One day, on the plains of Africa, a young buffalo named Walter approached his dad and asked him if there was anything that he should be afraid of.</div><div>Only lions my son, his dad responded.</div><div>Oh yes, Ive heard about lions. If I ever see one, Ill turn and run as fast as I can, said Walter.</div><div>No, thats the worst thing you can do, said the large male.</div><div>Why? They are scary and will try to kill me.</div><div>The dad smiled and explained, Walter, if you run away, the lions will chase you and catch you. And when they do, they will jump on your unprotected back and bring you down.</div><div>So what should I do? asked Walter.</div><div>If you ever see a lion, stand your ground to show him that youre not afraid. If he doesnt move away, show him your sharp horns and stomp the ground with your hooves. If that doesnt work, move slowly towards him. If that doesnt work, charge him and hit him with everything youve got!</div><div>Thats crazy; I will be too scared to do that.</div><div>What if he attacks me back? said the startled young buffalo.</div><div>Look around, Walter. What do you see?</div><div>Walter looked around at the rest of his herd. There were about 200 massive beasts all armed with sharp horns and huge shoulders. If ever youre afraid, know that we are here. If you panic and run from your fears, we cant save you, but if you charge towards them, well be right behind you.</div><div>The young buffalo breathed deeply and nodded. Thanks dad, I think I understand.</div><div><br></div><div>We all have lions in our worlds. There are aspects of life that scare us and make us want to run, but if we do, they will chase us down and take over our lives. Our thoughts will become dominated by the things that we are afraid of and our actions will become timid and cautious, not allowing us to reach our full potential.</div><div><br></div><div>So face your fears. Show them that youre not afraid. Show them how powerful you really are. And run towards them with courage and boldness, knowing that we are supporting you and cheering you on. May you always do what you are afraid to do.</div><div><br></div><div>What fears do you need to face at the moment?</div><div><br></div><div>For more tips on how to face your fears, read and download for free <b><a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT - THE BOMB</a></b> by <b><a href="https://facebook.com/alexander118" title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN</a></b>. </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-58428344868457538692016-09-20T17:23:00.001-07:002016-11-25T10:47:14.334-08:00SEVEN LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Z2C9Y2bVEDo/WDiHJ0OWVKI/AAAAAAAAAaA/5R0UvcQ0L0E/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="212"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div><i><b>The eagle has no fear of adversity. We need to be like the eagle and have a fearless spirit of a conqueror! - Joyce Meyer</b></i></div><div><i><b><br></b></i></div></div><div>1. <b>Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.</b></div><div>They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.</div><div><br></div><div>2. <b>Eagles have an Accurate Vision.</b> They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.</div><div><br></div><div>3. <b>Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.</b></div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.</div><div><br></div><div>4. <b>Eagles Love the Storm.</b></div><div>When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.</div><div><br></div><div>5. <b>When a Female Eagle Meets a Male Eagle </b>and they want to mate, she flies down to earth, picks a twig and flies back into the air with the male eagle in hot pursuit. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she drops the twig and let it fall to the ground while she watches. The male eagle chases after the twig and catches it before it reached the ground, then bring it back to the female eagle. The female eagle grabs the twig and flies to a much higher altitude and drop the twig again for the male eagle to chase. This goes on for hours with the height increasing each time until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of picking the twig which shows commitment. Then and only then will she allow him to mate with her.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Whether in private life or business, one should test the commitment of the people intended for partnership.</div><div><br></div><div>6. <b>Eagles Prepare for Training</b></div><div>They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.</div><div><br></div><div>7. <b>When the Eagle Grows Old,</b></div><div>His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.</div><div><br></div><div><b>MEANING</b> We deliberately need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us and add no value to our lives should be let go of.</div><div><br></div><div><b>YES, NEVER GIVE UP,</b></div><div><b>BE AN EAGLE, NEVER EVER GIVE UP !!!</b></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">For more download <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="https://mobile.facebook.com/Alexander118 " title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN</a> </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-86289850303870927292016-09-13T00:34:00.001-07:002016-12-20T18:31:33.688-08:00CREATIVE WAYS OF OVERCOMING WRITER'S BLOCK<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-k8gjDgfedlY/WFnpgTwPdkI/AAAAAAAAAiQ/pkmKHFskOMo/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="254"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Wikipedia defines author's block as a condition, primarily associated with writing, in which an author loses the ability to produce new work or experiences a creative slowdown. The condition ranges in difficulty from coming up with original ideas to being unable to produce a work for years.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Here are few ideas to help you work through your creative constipation:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">1. Go for a walk.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">2. Eliminate distractions of all kinds. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">3. Rest and get away from your work a little ( I really a little here) as this will allow a flow of fresh ideas. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">4. Play. (My personal preference is Chess.)</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">5. Change your environment, travel to a new place and meet new people.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">6. Read a book that relates to what you are about to work on.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">7. Listen to music (try classical or jazz to mix it up).</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">8. Cup down some liquid (cold glass of water my personal favorite).</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">9. Create a routine. Many famous writers havedaily routines to summon the Muse.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">10. Spend time with someone who makes you feel good.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">11. Call an old friend (This really worked for me recently). </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">12. Brainstorm ideas in bullet points.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">13. Read some inspiring quotes to get you started.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">The possibilities are endless, but movement is critical. You need to generate momentum to get out of your funk.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Once you start heading in a direction, it’s easier to pick up speed. And before you know it, your block will be a distant memory and you’ll be doing what you once thought impossible. You’ll be writing.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><i><b>How to not overcome writer’s block</b></i></div><div><br></div><div>And just for fun, here are some anti-solutions to this problem:</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">1. You do not overcome writer’s block by refusing to write until you feel “ inspired.”There by wasting so much time. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">2. You do not overcome writer’s block by wallowing in self-pity.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">3. You do not overcome writer’s block by procrastinating or making excuses like great stories and books takes time to put together like I previously thought. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">4. You do not overcome writer’s block by watching TV or movies. I did this for long until I discovered it does not work. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">5. You do not overcome writer’s block by reading articles on how to overcome writer’s block. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">And also do check out <a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="https://m.facebook.com/alexander118" title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN</a>. </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-14986234888711535452016-09-10T23:47:00.001-07:002016-12-20T18:32:03.542-08:00WHEN LAST DID YOU SHARPEN YOUR AXE?
<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-xh7IyJxT3EY/WFnpnxX173I/AAAAAAAAAiU/2Nm2XDcTfIU/%25255BUNSET%25255D.png" alt="" width="320" height="226"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><b><i>If I am given ten hours to cut down a tree, I will spend the eight hours sharpening my cutlass. Abraham Lincoln</i></b></div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Once upon a time, a very strong woodcutter asked for a job in a timber merchant and he got it. The pay was really good and so was the work condition. For those reasons, the woodcutter was determined to do his best. His boss gave him an axe and showed him the area where he supposed to work. The first day, the woodcutter brought 18 trees. Congratulations, the boss said. Go on that way! Very motivated by the boss words, the woodcutter tried harder the next day, but he could only bring 15 trees. </div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">The third day he tried even harder, but he could only bring 10 trees. Day after day he was bringing less and less trees. I must be losing my strength, the woodcutter thought. He went to the boss and apologized, saying that he could not understand what was going on. </div><div style="text-align: center;">When was the last time you sharpened your axe? the boss asked. </div><div style="text-align: center;">Sharpen? I had no time to sharpen my axe. I have been very busy trying to cut trees... </div><div style="text-align: left;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">Our lives are like that. We sometimes get so busy that we dont take time to sharpen the axe. In todays world, it seems that everyone is busier than ever, but less happy that ever. Why is that? Could it be that we have forgotten how to stay sharp? Theres nothing wrong with activity and hard work. But we should not get so busy that we neglect the truly important things in life, like our personal life, taking time to get close to our Creator, giving more time for our family, taking time to read etc. We all need time to relax, to think and meditate, to learn and grow. </div><div style="text-align: center;">If we dont take the time to sharpen the axe, we will become dull and lose our effectiveness.</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br></div><div style="text-align: center;">For more reading about discovering yourself and those seeds of greatness that God had planted in you right from birth read and download for free <a href="http://https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title=""></a><a href="https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738" title="">TALENT-THE-BOMB</a> by <a href="http://facebook.com/alexander118" title="">ALEXANDER BUSYBRAIN</a>. </div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01868097740899596676noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1174587425947419525.post-76820771487518278362016-09-07T08:41:00.001-07:002016-12-03T08:17:40.843-08:00DO YOU EVEN KNOW YOU ARE TALENTED? <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-E5tUGv0x2D4/WELwEGCSDII/AAAAAAAAAcs/Qf-UzLm-nxs/%25255BUNSET%25255D.jpg" alt="" width="320" height="179"><br></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><b><i>"I believe that every person is born with talent." - Maya Angelou</i></b></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Talents are natural abilities, special endowments and God's gifts to us. Talent is God-given skills a person easily performs without formal training. A person regardless of his belief in God is given a natural talent as a result of a combination of genetics (some have ability in music, art or mathematics) and surroundings (growing up in a musical family will aid one in developing a talent for music), or because God desired to endow all of us with certain talents. </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">When God created man and woman, He designed them to fulfill a certain function and gave them certain qualities and characteristics that enabled them to perform His intended purpose. These abilities (talents) are yours before birth. They do not come to you when you receive Jesus as your Lord and personal savior. These abilities are your natural talent. They dominate about 70% of you. When you ignore it, here is what it says Cant breathe! You are choking me. </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">When talent is discussed, most people think about music, sports or movie stars. Why? Because this is what society celebrates? People find it hard to label certain things as a talent. Anything in which you are naturally above average is a talent. Thus, your natural abilities to socialize with people or to seek solitude, to think with your mind or to do things with your hands, to communicate with words or to express yourself through the various art forms, to come up with the ideas or to put them into action, to lead or to follow, to inspire or to manage, to calculate or to demonstrate, to be good at counseling people, helping people, making others laugh and happy. </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">Do you find it convenient bearing the burden of others; do you have the patience to listen to others while they unbar their heart and burden? Do you find it easy to pray for others and they are healed? Do you work with tools and you find it adventurous and pleasurable? Do you find it easy to organized people, events? </p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">The list is endless. These are all talents given freely to us by God. They are all part of your makeup and your personality from the time God chose to make you and designed you in a particular way. They relate to your purpose, which is a natural, innate, intimate part of who you are. You are designed for your purpose, without accomplishing that purpose you will not be happy and you need to discover your talents to be able to accomplish that purpose.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;">If your answer to the question above is no or I dont know. Am not really surprise, but then again, that is why you should download and read this free ebook <a href="http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/657738">TALENT - THE BOMB</a> by <a href="http://facebook.com/alexander118">Alexander BusyBrain</a> and am sure your answer will be different at the end of the book. Just make sure you get to the end and apply the principles. </p>
